Some couples may have a clear idea of what they need when using a dry hire venue, whilst others may feel a little daunted by it. Take a look at the packages below to work out which suits you best.

Dry Hire

This package means hiring the woodland as a total blank canvas. You'll need to hire in everything from generators and toilets to marquees and caterers. However, we do stipulate that you use our own mobile bar partner for alcohol. Event Bar Hire are absolutely fantastic with a wide range of bar styles and drinks packages to choose from. 

  • Exclusive 3-day site hire from Friday 11am to Sunday 11:30am

  • Fully stocked and staffed bar for guests to purchase drinks

  • Up to 2 nights glamping in a luxury bell tent for two with use of glamping facilities (eco toilet, Kalahari-style bucket shower, BBQ and benches)

  • Large field for guest glamping (up to 5 bell tents) if requested*

  • Large car parking field

  • Choice of two ceremony areas

  • Use of The Glade for your reception for up to 120 people

  • Fire pit, rustic log benches and firewood (new for 2024)

  • Festoon lights & fairy lights throughout reception areas and car park (new for 2024)

  • Amplified music until 11pm

*Available at an additional cost from Norfolk Country Retreats

Please note that a member of staff will be on site for the ceremony and then afterwards to empty bins and ensure your firepit is lit for the evening.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES EVERYTHING FROM 'DRY HIRE' AND 'A LITTLE HELP, PLEASE' PLUS

  • Two giant hat tipis with matting & fairy lights*

  • Rustic tables and benches for up to 120 people

  • 4 x 4 dance floor

  • Benches for ceremony space

  • A wide selection of props for your own use including peacock chairs, wicker furniture, various tables and chairs, backdrops, Persian rugs, card box, cake table, bunting, ribbon garlands, 15 shepherd's hooks and more.
